Staying in an executive room gave me access to a separate wing, lounge, and a smaller breakfast area, elevating the experience to a true 5-star level. The spacious room with an amazing view was a highlight. On the downside, being next to the ladies was not ideal given it was the cheapest option available.

My executive room on the third floor had a big balcony and the largest, most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel room. However, the decor may not be to everyone's taste. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a neighboring room under renovation and a noisy diesel generator below our balcony for a large part of the day.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and traditional but had some noise from the ac/ventilation motors above. The service was superb, with extremely helpful staff, though some were sick. The location was in a beautiful, tourist-free area near San Anton Gardens but might not suit vegans/vegetarians due to bacon juices. The dining was good but could have had better hot choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
